The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) is a leading post-secondary institution in Calgary known for its hands-on, industry-driven education. For a special event, SAIT required a set of custom 9″ x 12″ presentation folders with pockets and embossed logos, which gave their materials a polished, professional feel.

Embossing is a specialized, traditional print technique not offered by many print shops, especially for low-quantity runs. At Mountain View Printing, we combine expertise in both digital press and traditional embossing methods, ensuring that even small-batch projects receive high-end finishes.
For this job, we digitally printed the folders, embossed the logo using a traditional mechanical process, and finally glued the pockets on after the fact, seamlessly blending modern and classic printing techniques.
